1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ctgbet.net, registering a player account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or using any feature of the ctgbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ctgbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, or if you are not legally permitted to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction, you must immediately cease using the ctgbet platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. ctgbet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; see Section 11 (Amendments) for the applicable notice procedure.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ctgbet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ctgbet strictly enforces an 18+ policy across all product areas including casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active ctgbet account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.
• Own Account: You must register and operate the account exclusively in your own name and for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. ctgbet reserves the right to verify identity at any time and to request supporting documentation.

3 Account Registration

To access ctgbet's betting and casino services, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. ctgbet uses your Bangladesh mobile number as the primary account identifier.

Upon registration, you will be asked to create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ctgbet strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other online services. You must notify ctgbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ctgbet reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Documents that may be requested for KYC verification include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash account showing the registered mobile number)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ctgbet may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal processing, or account closure. ctgbet will not process withdrawals to any payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ctgbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ctgbet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. ctgbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction.
• Internet Banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your ctgbet account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by ctgbet within the timeframe specified in the cashier section of the platform. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or when KYC verification is pending.

ctgbet operates a same-payment-method withdrawal policy: withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered ctgbet account holder.
• ctgbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain ৳ BDT thresholds.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• ctgbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct enhanced due diligence where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

ctgbet offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses on first qualifying deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to Bangladesh sporting and cultural events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are disclosed in the promotional material for each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all ctgbet bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the bonus offer page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion. Any unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless ctgbet explicitly permits this in a specific promotion's terms.
• No Bonus Abuse: Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies across multiple markets, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or using bonus funds exclusively on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% — constitute bonus abuse and are subject to the remedies described in Section 8.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain bonuses may carry a cap on the maximum ৳ BDT amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.

ctgbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ctgbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type or sports market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. General rules that apply across all product areas are set out below.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference by the ctgbet system. Bets not confirmed by the system for any reason — including technical error, market suspension, or connectivity failure — are void and any associated stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed in the game interface or betting market at the time of placing the bet and may vary by game, market, player tier, or promotional period.
• Error Resolution: In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome, ctgbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. ctgbet is not liable for errors caused by third-party game providers' software.
• Sports Betting — Cricket: BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). In-play markets are settled on the result at the time of market closure. Abandoned or voided matches follow sport-specific settlement rules published in the sports betting help section.
• Live Casino: All live casino games are provided by certified third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game rules are governed by the respective supplier's published rules. ctgbet's role is as a platform intermediary; any dispute relating to a specific live dealer decision is subject to the game provider's resolution process.
• Responsible Gambling Tools During Play: Players are encouraged to use ctgbet's session timer and reality check tools during extended play sessions. These tools are accessible without interrupting the current game session.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered ctgbet player, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or operating more than one ctgbet account at any time.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are legally prohibited from using online gambling services.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the ctgbet platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in ctgbet's platform or in any third-party game provider's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the normal odds and outcomes of any betting market or casino game.
• Using your ctgbet account to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Abusing the ctgbet bonus and promotions system, including registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or employing low-risk mathematical strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit with your payment provider without first attempting resolution through ctgbet's support process at [email protected].
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ctgbet support staff or other users.

ctgbet employs fraud detection systems, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and transaction analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ctgbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for any criminal purpose.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal request from the player's payment provider.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive and subject to an administrative maintenance fee, in accordance with ctgbet's inactive account policy notified to the account holder by email.
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, ctgbet will conduct a review of the account's transaction history. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of identity verification and confirmation that no fraudulent activity has occurred.

Players should withdraw their remaining balance before requesting account closure; balances remaining at the point of closure will be returned via the verified payment method.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctgbet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the ctgbet platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ctgbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the ctgbet platform, regardless of whether ctgbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, ctgbet accepts no liability for:

• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
• Connectivity failures, latency, or data loss attributable to your internet service provider or Bangladesh mobile network operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or others).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank).
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Technical errors in third-party game provider software where ctgbet has taken reasonable steps to report and resolve the error.

10 Responsible Gaming

ctgbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable, or if you believe it is neg atively affecting your finances, mental health, or personal relationships, ctgbet urges you to use the self-management tools available in your Account Settings or to contact support immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ctgbet players at no charge and without any waiting period to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum ৳ BDT amount that can be deposited into your account over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation. Reductions to an existing limit are applied immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total ৳ BDT amount that can be lost within a defined period. Once the loss limit threshold is reached, further wagers are blocked for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each continuous play session. A notification is displayed when the session limit is approaching, and the session is ended automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic on-screen reminders showing time spent in the current session and net session result, prompting you to reflect on your play before continuing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent account suspension via Account Settings or by contacting [email protected]. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion results in irreversible account closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

11 Amendments to These Terms

ctgbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ctgbet will provide notice to registered players via one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the ctgbet.net homepage, an in-platform notification displayed upon next login, or an email to the registered account address.

The effective date of any revised version of these Terms & Conditions will be clearly stated at the top of the document. Following the publication of an amendment, continued use of the ctgbet platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment where possible.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. Material amendments affecting player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal policies, or eligible payment methods will be notified at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter hereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ctgbet operates as a safe and reliable platform and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.

In the event of a dispute, players are required to first attempt resolution through ctgbet's support team by submitting a detailed written complaint to [email protected]. ctgbet will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex disputes involving detailed transaction analysis may require additional time; ctgbet will provide a progress update within the initial ten-day window in such cases.

ctgbet's internal dispute resolution process covers:

• Disputes relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus calculations.
• Disputes relating to deposit crediting and withdrawal processing delays.
• Disputes relating to account access, suspension, or closure decisions.
• Any other dispute arising from the use of the ctgbet platform or the application of these Terms & Conditions.

ctgbet's decision following the internal dispute resolution process is final and binding with respect to factual matters within ctgbet's direct control (such as account balances, transaction records, and bet histories). Players retain the right to pursue independent legal remedies where applicable law provides for them. ctgbet does not waive any rights or defences by engaging in the internal resolution process.
